Apple & Cinnamon Oat Bars
My passion is to take an everyday snack bar and make it taste better with healthier ingredients (that you recognise!), and is cheaper to make than the shop bought version. Here is my version of an Apple and Cinnamon Bar. To be honest it's not a snack I would usually buy, but again, this is one of hubby's favourites. Time to pimp it up! Peanut Butter Stuffed Oat Bars (Pip and Nut Style)
Hubby had a stock of these in the cupboard and they are not cheap! The ingredients were OK but I knew I could do better. Full of good stuff and cheaper to make than the shop bought version and they taste amazing! I make a batch every week. "These are yum" - hubby said. 😀 Ingredients: Makes approx 14 bars.
