The wonderful flavour and textures of carrot cake in a bowl of warming oats! Tastes absolutely yummy!

A really quick and satisfying bowl of oats to have for breakfast or as a snack.
Creamy oats with raisins, carrots & warming spices
Recipe (Makes 2 portions)
100g Porridge oats (1 cup)
520ml Unsweetened Almond Milk (2 cups)
2 Carrots, grated
40g Raisins
1tsp Cinammon
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and gently cook for about 10-15 minutes. Top with you favourite toppings.
