4 Ingredient Porridge Bread

Love this Porridge Bread. So easy to make with just a few ingredients...

Porridge Bread

Squidgy, comforting and great with any toppings

It's dense and slightly gooey but I love to toast it topped with peanut butter, chia jam or just more yoghurt and berries.


Recipe:

1 x 500g tub natural yoghurt

Use the same tub to fill with 2 x tubs oats (or approx 380g)

1 tsp baking powder

1 egg

Handful of seeds for the topping


Method:

  1. Combine oats and baking powder in a bowl and stir in yoghurt and the egg.

  2. Pour into the loaf tin.

  3. Sprinkle the seeds over the top and bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour at 160 deg fan oven.

  4. If it's too brown during baking, cover with foil
